TouchPoint (Pvt.) Limited brought its “Experience Branch Transformation in Action” theme to life as Platinum Sponsor of Future Banking Summit & Expo 2026, held on September 16, 2026, at the Pearl-Continental Hotel, Karachi. The company welcomed customers and partners to a live self-service banking environment, with its Voice-Enabled ATM and QMatch-powered solutions at the centre of the experience.
Visitors explored how cash withdrawal, deposits, cash recycling and everyday banking services can come together in a modern branch. Live demonstrations gave banking teams a firsthand view of the technology and an opportunity to discuss its application within their own branch networks.
Voice banking takes center stage

Developed by TouchPoint’s in-house team, the Voice-Enabled ATM was a standout feature of the event. TouchPoint presented the demonstration as an industry first for Pakistan’s banking sector, introducing spoken commands into supported ATM transactions.
“Just speak. Follow. Transact.” captured the experience, giving visitors a new way to interact with an ATM and explore the potential for more approachable self-service banking.
The capability also offers an upgrade path for the DN Series 100 and current Diebold Nixdorf ATM models, subject to deployment assessment and integration. For banks, this creates an opportunity to enhance customer interaction while extending the value of their existing ATM investments.
Branch transformation across everyday banking
Alongside the Voice-Enabled ATM, TouchPoint presented a portfolio spanning cash automation, deposits and smart banking services:
DN200H Cash Recycler, demonstrating deposits and withdrawals through cash recycling.
DN230A Outdoor ATM and Island ATM, presenting self-service formats for different banking environments.
CADEPO Cash Deposit Solution (CCDM), extending cash deposit services to self-service channels.
Cheque Deposit Kiosk (CDK), enabling customers to submit cheques through a dedicated self-service terminal.
Smart Teller Machine (STM), bringing account opening, instant card issuance and statement printing into one self-service experience.
Together, these solutions demonstrated the scope for banks to move more routine services beyond the traditional counter, giving customers greater control over everyday transactions and supporting more efficient branch operations.
Connecting the experience with QMatch and QExperience
QMatch provided the digital foundation for TouchPoint’s connected self-service showcase. The platform brings transaction processing, terminal connectivity and operational visibility together, helping banks manage services across their self-service channels.
QExperience complements this foundation with customisable, multilingual interfaces that help banks shape customer journeys around their services and brand. This combination connects the banking functions available at a terminal with the experience customers have when using them.
Building awareness alongside banking technology
TouchPoint’s participation also extended to the summit’s fireside chat on “Building a Stronger Human Firewall Against Financial Fraud.” Tabish Sabah, Director & CEO of TouchPoint, joined Ahmed Sumair, Joint Director, Payment Systems Policy and Oversight Department, State Bank of Pakistan, for a discussion centred on digital literacy and financial security.
The session placed customer awareness alongside technology in the conversation about building confidence in digital banking.
Conversations continued at TouchPoint Café
The TouchPoint Café gave customers and partners a place to continue their conversations beyond the demonstrations. With more than 430 cups of coffee served, it became a memorable part of the day’s experience.
A packed space, ongoing demos and an exceptional response from visitors made the summit a valuable opportunity to connect with banking teams and explore the next phase of their branch transformation plans.
Supporting the next phase of branch transformation
With 25 banking partners, more than 9,200 self-service touchpoints managed and support coverage across Pakistan, TouchPoint combines banking technology with the service network needed to support deployment at scale.
Its presence at Future Banking Summit & Expo 2026 brought that capability into focus through working demonstrations, direct customer interaction and discussions about the practical needs of banks.
TouchPoint thanks every customer and partner who visited, experienced the solutions and contributed to the event’s success. The conversations started at the summit continue as the company works with banks to turn their branch transformation priorities into action.
