Overview
TouchPoint is looking for a skilled and customer-centric Application Support Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our Self-Service Banking Solutions in live client environments. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure application stability, troubleshoot issues, and keep systems running smoothly, enabling financial institutions to deliver reliable and seamless transaction experiences to their customers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server administration, including Backup and Restore, Replication (Snapshot, Transactional, Merge, Peer-to-Peer), High Availability, and Log Shipping
- Strong expertise in IIS configuration and application deployment
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production and live-environment issues
- Experience supporting application implementation and managing critical operational activities
- Proven capability to provide application support for enterprise and VAS platforms
- Solid understanding of Windows-based application environments and system operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or a relevant technical role
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Experience installing, configuring, and administering Windows Server across relevant versions
