Overview
The Professional Services Engineer at TouchPoint is responsible for deploying, integrating, and optimizing our self-service banking solutions across Pakistan, working closely with clients to ensure seamless implementation and long-term satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting during deployment, and the ability to configure and adapt solutions to customer environments.
Requirements
- Should be able to write and troubleshoot SQL queries,
- Understand database structures, and perform data analysis
- Understanding IIS, including web server configuration, maintenance
- Should have technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues Proficiency in Server & System OS and understand system administrative tasks
- Customer-oriented approach to provide exceptional support to end-users, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Minimum bachelor’s in software engineering or computer science.
