Overview
The Business Analyst at TouchPoint plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for gathering business requirements, designing insightful dashboards, and delivering actionable analytics through our self-service banking solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, technical expertise in Power BI, and a proactive mindset to turn complex data into clear business insights—driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Collaborate with business units to gather and analyze requirements for reports and dashboards
- Translate business needs into technical documentation and actionable solutions
- Design and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Perform deep data analysis to deliver business insights and recommendations
- Build and manage datasets using Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX
- Integrate multiple data sources including SQL, Excel, and cloud platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, report performance, and timely troubleshooting
- Continuously optimize reporting processes with stakeholder feedback
- Monitor and evaluate solutions to ensure alignment with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, data modeling, and analysis
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
