This policy covers our corporate website and related communications with visitors, prospective customers, business contacts and job applicants.
It does not describe the processing of banking transactions through ATMs, cash deposit machines or other banking platforms operated for client institutions. That processing is addressed through the relevant institution’s privacy notices, applicable service terms and TouchPoint’s contractual responsibilities.
Please do not submit account passwords, PINs, one-time passwords, card security codes or other confidential banking information through our website forms.

You can stop receiving marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option in the message or contacting info@touchpoint.pk.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from responding to your enquiries or sending necessary communications about an application, service or business relationship. We may retain a limited record of your opt-out to respect your preference.
We may share information, where necessary, with
Service providers supporting website hosting, IT, communications, recruitment and business administration.

Service providers acting on our behalf are expected to use information only for the agreed purposes and apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards. Providers that process information for their own purposes also explain that processing in their privacy notices.
Some providers may store or process information outside Pakistan. Where this occurs, we take the safeguards required by applicable law.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry or application, our relationship with you, applicable recordkeeping requirements and any need to resolve disputes.
When information is no longer required, we take steps to delete it securely or anonymise it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object to processing, request restrictions, receive information in a portable format or raise a complaint with a competent authority.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions, including obligations to retain certain records. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
