Overview
TouchPoint is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Professional Services Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing our Self-Service Banking Solutions at client sites. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations through technical expertise, troubleshooting, and client collaboration — helping financial institutions deliver seamless transaction experiences to their customers.
Requirements
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to support database and application performance.
- Understand and manage database structures and perform data analysis for reporting and optimization.
- Configure, maintain, and support IIS (Internet Information Services) for web-based applications.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex server and application issues.
- Manage and maintain Server & System OS, handling core administrative and configuration tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to identify needs, resolve challenges, and ensure timely technical support.
- Document system configurations, updates, and resolutions for internal and client use.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and service reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a technical, implementation, or support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Solid understanding of SQL, IIS, and system administration.
- A proactive, customer-oriented approach with a commitment to service excellence.
