We are looking for dynamic individual to join our Software Support Group in Karachi. If you have a strong understanding of networking, Windows environments, and a passion for providing exceptional support, we want you in our team.
Requirements
- Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, VPNs, LAN/WAN)
- Proficiency in windows-based environments (e.g., Windows 10/11)
- Ability to handle time-sensitive issues and work effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to provide 24/7 support, including weekends or on-call shifts
- Prior experience in ATM software support will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Strong documentation skills
- Minimum Bachelors’ degree in SW Engineering/Computer Science
- 1-2 years of experience in the software support field (fresh candidates are also welcome to apply)
