Overview
TouchPoint is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Professional Services Consultant to join our growing team. This role involves implementing, supporting, and optimizing our Self-Service Banking Solutions at client sites. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations through technical expertise, troubleshooting, and client collaboration — helping financial institutions deliver seamless transaction experiences to their customers.
Requirements
- Manage, configure, and maintain Hyper-V Virtual Machines.
- Install and administer Windows Server across relevant versions.
- Troubleshoot SQL performance and operational issues to maintain optimal application functionality.
- Configure and manage IIS, including websites, SSL certificates, and application pools.
- Provide application support for enterprise and VAS platforms.
- Handle application implementation, deployments, UAT coordination, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver stable, reliable, and efficient systems.
- Document configurations, deployments, and resolutions for internal and client use.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or infrastructure-focused role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Strong understanding of Hyper-V, Windows Server, IIS, SQL, and application deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
