Veqar ul Islam, an astute businessman, an inspirational leader, renowned public speaker known for his out of box approaches, started his shining career in the mid 80’s. He has 27 years of vast experience in the field of IT & Telecom and has worked with renowned multinational organizations.
Veqar has to his credit many achievements throughout his career. From starting a Unique University Program in Data warehousing, to establishing NCR IT Excellence Awards as premier recognition event of IT in the country, from growing NCR Pakistan to literally unthinkable heights to establishing Global Consulting Center for NCR and Teradata, from making NCR Pakistan an institution par excellence with major initiatives like CMM certification to positioning NCR Pakistan as the leading light in the eyes of NCR Corporate.
Subsequent to NCR, after joining Nokia Networks he continued the journey and in very short span of time became the top talent of the organization. Due to the turnaround and growth achieved, he was made the Country Director of Nokia Siemens Networks after the merger. Only after 15 months of heading NSN in Pakistan, he was given the portfolio of Vice President (Head of Sub Region) for Gulf and Pakistan Sub Region, where he again excelled with his innovative approach towards creating strong customer relationship, developing passionate, motivated teams and gaining (in some cases regaining) market share with key customers. In July 2010 he was given additional responsibility and a bigger portfolio to head the Middle East Africa – East Sub Region for Nokia Siemens Networks. Once again in a short span he was able to achieve significant growth in key markets specially Iraq and Iran. Also achieved the highest Employee Engagement result for all Sub Regions within the Middle East Africa region for NSN for the second consecutive year. Managing a portfolio of over 550M Euro’s/year with over 1400 employees who reported directly or in matrix. In August 2011, he joined Comptel Corporation as member of Executive Board, Senior Vice president heading the Middle East and Africa region. Though a short career, but won new customers, turned around customer relationship and satisfaction and created a passionate, motivated team, which achieved double digit grown in 2012. Veqar is now the President of Touchpoint Group where he is focusing to create a local Corporate set up which is as par with Global Organisations.

Tabish Sabah is an enterprising professional and is a known figure in the IT Sector. He carries more than 15 years of experience and has worked with leading multinational organizations. Tabish Sabah took over as Chief Executive of TouchPoint in 2013 and will be focusing on providing superior services to our customers while continue to focus on growth and service excellence.
Prior to joining TouchPoint, Tabish has worked with Microsoft Corporation as Education Lead for North Africa, East Med and Pakistan and prior to that was responsible Microsoft Enterprise Business which includes Commercial, Communication, Financial & Public Sector sales along with enhancing partner competencies for the Enterprise Partner Group. He worked for more than 5 years with Microsoft.
Previously, Tabish has worked as the Business Unit Leader for Financial Sector at Teradata Corporation (then part of NCR). He has worked for NCR Corporation for more than 8 years and was responsible for driving the potential for Data warehouse, Contact Centers & CRM in the Financial Sector. He was instrumental in the success of Teradata Pakistan. He has a proven track record of persuading the customers to adopt technology in instances where it is not being used at its optimal. Tabish is a regular speaker at leading IT and business events.
An avid golfer and a keen cricketer, he has a passion to play and work hard. A proof point of this is the 7 Global Recognition Awards and the Global Leadership Award that he won at Teradata & was the first Pakistani to receive a Microsoft’s Circle of Excellence Award for EMEA. Tabish holds an MBA degree in Banking & Finance.

Sabah-ul-Huda has over 35 years of experience of financial management & audit in Pakistan and Kuwait. He has worked for many big organizations like Ferguson & Co, Pakistan Oxygen Limited (BOC Gases), FTC Management Company (Pvt) Ltd., and Gulf Trading & Refrigerating Co w.l.l. (Kuwait).
With an exposure to both international and national best practices in accounting, his role is to analyze and recommend the most cost effective operational model to the company that eventually enables the organization to pass on this value to the customers in acquiring services at the most feasible rates. He is also managing our imports, logistics and administration.
SVP - Professional Services
Noman Qadir is Senior Vice President of Professional Services at TouchPoint (Pvt) Ltd. Noman has project management, marketing, and management experience spanning over 21 years.
In his last assignment, he headed the Financial Services vertical at Techlogix, a global software and services firm. He led the sales and delivery for products in several domains such as core banking, risk management, compliance, data warehouses, etc.
.At TPS, Noman led the strategy for market expansion, project delivery, and relationship management. He established reseller, co-development, and sub-contractor agreements with NCR (Middle East/Africa), Diebold (USA), Wausau Financial Systems (Global) and a network of local and regional companies. In terms of product management, his forte has been a focus on user experience, dependability, and process improvement. Noman conceptualized and managed highly successful SMART suite of products and InSight. Earlier, at NCR, Noman headed the Professional Services Division for Pakistan with regional responsibilities which included pre-sales, program and project management in Pakistan and the Gulf region for the Financial and Telco Industry. He also played a key role in formation of the 1-Link interbank switch in Pakistan
Noman enjoys sports, loves the ocean, and is an avid SCUBA diver.
Head of Customer Support (ATM Division)
Naveed Ahmed has over 18 years of experience in the IT Products and Services with 12 years focused on ATM Hardware Support and Maintenance and related Software upgrades and implementation. Mr. Ahmed is considered an expert in ATM’s hardware and software and in a span of 12 years have worked on major brands available in the market. He has experience of setting up Customer Support teams across the country and achieving high degree of customer satisfaction with a large installed base.
Naveed Ahmed has worked on products like NCR and Diebold. With hands on experience in this sector Naveed is managing the team at TouchPoint for support and maintenance all over Pakistan. Prior to Joining TouchPoint in 2007, Mr. Ahmed has worked with Gestetner as the head of Customer Support Services, leading a team of Engineers who were maintaining Diebold ATM’s. He has served NCR Corporation as a Senior ATM engineer for number of years which enabled him to develop extensive expertise in the field of Self Service.
In his role as Head of Customer Support Services, Mr. Ahmed is responsible for ensuring that TouchPoint achieves Service Excellence in maintaining and supporting its ATM and allied Customer base.
Apart from ATMs, Naveed has also lead the development and deployment of transaction based software solutions and tools at different banks.
